We want to see it made mandatory for all sports organisations in receipt of public money to have 50-50 representation of the sexes on their boards.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:279}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Women, like men, are diverse, but we are speaking about the need for gender equality in leadership because there is a commonality in the experience of women which must be recognised. It is also vital that men and women who lead are diverse in terms of their backgrounds and heritage and that disabled people are represented at the top of sport too.
